- Sook Chai Added 2017-07-08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service, photographer extremely rude, condescending and patronizing. Didn't properly follow the correct specs, photo sizing and ratio for the passport photo when given clear and easy instructions from an official immigration site. When asked to check the photo, the lady gave a snark remark about how the "passport is not supposed to look flattering."
