These things need constant maintenance and they still mess up. Considering the amount of money the furnace cost plus all the plumbing I ended up spending over $24,000 on the system.
With that amount of money spent I expect exemplary service when I experience a problem. As it turned out I've recently waited 3 months for basic maintenance material from the local representative plus I had to wait three days before I got a drawing from the head office during the coldest part of this winter.
Plus the furnaces are designed for Manitoba winters. Where I am, southern BC, the creosote build up is ridiculous.
I certainly will not purchase anything from this organisation again.
